In these terms, when "you," "your," and "yours" are mentioned, it refers to the legal entity on whose behalf you act.

• Attempt to verify, analyze, or exploit vulnerabilities in any system or network, or bypass or overcome security authentication measures.
• Attempt to access or use the services in an unauthorized manner or in a way that does not conform to our interface and terms unless you have been explicitly allowed to do so through an agreement with TradingVerse (note that scraping services without the written consent of TradingVerse is prohibited).
• Include IP/TCP header information or any part of it in emails or posts, or use the services to send false or misleading information.
• Interfere with or attempt to interfere with the access of other users, servers, or networks, including sending viruses, spam, denial-of-service attacks, or any other type of activity that imposes an undue burden on the services.

III. Access and Responsible Use of Information

• Enforce the terms and conditions, including investigating potential illegal activities.

4. Your Profile/Account

You should also limit access to your account to yourself and not share it with third parties. TradingVerse cannot and will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may arise as a result of your breach of these conditions.

It is important to note that if you add a phone number to your account and later change or deactivate that number, it is your responsibility to update your account information to prevent us from communicating with anyone who may use that number in the future.
